Linkages: Connecting the Dots in the Baldrige Criteria

In this interactive workshop, we’ll help you take your understanding of Baldrige to a whole new level by exploring “linkages” - the not-always-obvious connections in the Baldrige Criteria that contribute to alignment and integration of organizational needs, processes, and results. We’ll define four types of linkages, provide examples of each, and show you easy ways to identify them in the Criteria.

Instructor: Vicki Spagnol, Management Insights

Because this workshop will occur during the lunch hour, it will include a boxed lunch.
