This session is designed to provide attendees a basic and actionable understanding of the Baldrige framework, including the Criteria for Performance Excellence, Core Values, and differentiators of high performance. At the conclusion of this session attendees will:
- have a high level appreciation of how the BNQP framework has immediate actionable value
- have an understanding of what constitutes role model performance
- be exposed to a new common language
- be able to continue the the dialogue on how the BNQP can be adapted for use as a roadmap to achieve sustained distinctive performance

- How to ensure alignment between your processes and results
