About the Instructor – Vicki Spagnol
Vicki is the principal of Management Insights, a consulting firm that helps organizations improve business results by building effective performance management systems. Prior to establishing Management Insights, Vicki worked for American Express, where she had worldwide responsibility for quality and customer service for Travel Related Services. Vicki served on the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from 1993 through 2002, including five years as a senior examiner and three years as a member of the Panel of Judges.
Vicki is a founding member of the Board of Directors of KAPE and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at Penn State’s Eberly College of Science. She holds a B.A. from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
