The Baldrige Resource Library contains more than 1,000 articles and videos about Baldrige, organizational improvement, and the Alliance for Performance Excellence. It's THE place to answer questions, "How do I find out more about Baldrige?", "Has anyone else done this?", "How do I get started?", "Should I do Baldrige, ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma?" All aspects of organizational improvement, Baldrige, the Criteria, and Quality methods and tools are covered. The site is free and requires registration for new users.		Why Apply ? KAPE helps Pennsylvania organizations achieve performance excellence using the Baldrige Criteria as a framework for improvement.
